Open Enrollment Checklist
Complete this checklist and review your 2025 Benefit preview to understand your options to make an informed decision about your benefit elections in 2025.
Enroll between November 8-15.
Enrollment for 2025 is passive—your medical, dental, vision, life and disability, and any voluntary benefits will automatically roll over into 2025 if you take no action. You will need to decide if you want to participate in Health Care, Dependent Care FSA, or HSA; these elections will not automatically roll over.
Review your medical, dental and vision coverage options and understand how your health plan works. Do you have the right medical, dental, and vision coverage. If you take no action, you will remain in the same plan you are currently enrolled in (even if that means you waive coverage). If you wish to change plans, you must take action.
Consider taking advantage of our spending accounts. You must enroll in Health Care, Limited Purpose, Dependent Care FSAs, each year if you wish to participate. Your currently elections do not roll over.
Consider voluntary life and AD&D to add additional protection should you need it in the coming year.
Consider enrolling in a voluntary plans. ID Theft Protection and Legal Insurance can only be added during Open Enrollment via Benefit Navigator.
Review your cost of coverage. You can view your contribution rates based on your coverage level here.
Access Benefit Navigator and enroll by November 22. If you are a new hire, you will need to enroll for both 2024 and 2025 benefits.
When in Benefit Navigator, be sure to review your dependent information and be sure to make any updates.
