Open Enrollment Checklist

Complete this checklist and review your 2024 Benefit preview to understand your options to make an informed decision about your benefit elections in 2024. 

Enroll between November 1-15.

This year, you must take action and select your benefits. If you do not take action, you will not have medical, dental, vision, or FSA benefits through FLYR in 2024. To enroll for benefits, visit PlanSource.

Review your medical, dental and vision coverage options. Be sure to view the plan comparison charts and make your selection for 2024.

Consider taking advantage of our spending accounts. You must enroll in Health Care, Limited Purpose, Dependent Care FSAs, each year if you wish to participate. Your currently elections do not roll over. 

Consider voluntary life and AD&D to add additional protection should you need it in the coming year.  Please be aware that when you enroll, you should compare your 2023 elections against your 2024 coverage options because PlanSource will not automatically populate your current elections. If you wish to remain in Voluntary Life or AD&D, you will need to make an active election.

Consider enrolling in a voluntary plans. ID Theft Protection and Legal Insurance can only be added during Open Enrollment via PlanSource

Review your cost of coverage. You can view your contribution rates based on your coverage level here

Access Plansource and enroll by November 15. If you are a new hire, you will need to enroll for both 2023 and 2024 benefits. 

When in PlanSource, be sure to review your dependent information and be sure to make any updates.
