Medical Plan Infertility benefits
Your medical plan also provides infertility coverage. Infertility can affect one or both reproductive partners, learn more about how your plan covers both diagnosis and treatment of infertility.
Cigna Members
The Cigna policy outlines the coverage for both diagnosis and treatment of infertility. If infertility treatments are deemed medically necessary, Cigna will provide unlimited coverage for treatments such as IVF; however, you will still be subject to your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum. Kaiser Members
Kaiser covers the diagnosis of involuntary infertility. Once the infertility diagnosis has been established, Kaiser offers its members IVF at 50% coinsurance for one cycle per lifetime. Learn more about the fertility services available to you.
