Critical Illness

Critical illness insurance provides you and your family with financial protection if you, your spouse or child are diagnosed with a covered critical illness.

You can use the payment for out-of-pocket medical costs, like deductibles, coinsurance or copays as well as day-to-day costs of living, such as your mortgage or utility bills. 


Wellness Incentive Benefits

Your Cigna Supplemental Health plan comes with a Wellness Incentive benefit. This benefit is paid to each covered person who completes at least one wellness treatment, health screening test, or preventive care service.

MetLife Legal Plan

MetLife Legal gives you access to expert legal help so you can navigate life's big moments.

With a MetLife (MetLaw) Legal plan, there are no bills or claim forms to worry about when using a Network Attorney. The cost of coverage for the whole year is around $200.

A legal plan can assist when you are:

  • Buying, renting, or selling a home and need to have contracts, deeds, and purchase agreements reviewed or have an attorney attend a closing. 

  • Starting a family and need to create wills and estate planning documents, or handle school and administrative hearings, adoption, or reproductive assistance legal matters. 

  • Handling an unexpected issue like a traffic ticket, repossession, debt collection matter, or tax audit.

  • You have access to a large attorney network, as well as the option to use an attorney outside of our network and be reimbursed for part of the costs. Network attorneys are available in person, by phone, by email, and online.

  • You have access to a number of digital tools to help you complete wills and power of attorney and living trusts

  • With over 100 legal matters covered, you can see attorneys as many times as you need to

ID Theft

Identity protection is a critical part of your financial well-being. 

Allstate Identity Protection helps you safeguard your personal information, the data you share, and the relationships you treasure. AllState provides advanced monitoring and near real-time alerts to help detect threats to your identity and finances.


Key features of AllState ID theft: 

  • Comprehensive identity and financial monitoring along with social media and dark web monitoring

  • Detects threats to your identity with proactive monitoring and provides alerts if you’ve been compromised or affected by a data breach.

  • Allstate’s Digital Footprint℠ allows you to see where your personal information lives online and where it may be exposed to risk 

  • AllState ID Theft covers many fraud-related expenses, including stolen funds, lost wages, and legal fees. They even reimburse funds stolen from 401(k)s, HSAs, unemployment benefits, stimulus payments, and tax refunds.

Pet Insurance

Pet Insurance

You may enroll or change your pet insurance election at any time during the year. 

Pet insurance provides health coverage for your cat or dog. 

Pet insurance for dogs and cats is offered through Pets Best and covers accidents, illnesses, surgeries, cancer, and much more. Your pet can see any licensed veterinarian, and you can easily manage your policy and submit claims from your mobile device. 

BestBenefit Accident and Illness plan

BestBenefit plans offer comprehensive pet insurance coverage that pays on your actual veterinary bill for unexpected incidents like emergencies and illnesses. With multiple levels of coverage, BestBenefit plans can be customized to meet the pet insurance needs of your four-legged family member, and your budget.

Routine Care Coverage 

You have the option to add on Routine Care Coverage to any of the Accident and Illness plans to help pay for regular veterinary visits. There are two tiers of coverage you can add onto your plan for an additional premium when you first enroll. Routine Care Coverage includes regular checkups and wellness exams, dental cleanings, blood work, heartworm prevention and tests, along with additional services. 

Commuter Stipend

The following discounts are available to our FLYR employees

Commuting Stipend 

Full-time employees in Dallas, Los Angeles, and San Francisco who commute three or more times a week will receive $125/month commuting stipend. This subsidy will be automatically provided to you via your normal paycheck. This benefit is considered taxable; see Tailwinds for additional information. 

Note: The commuter stipend is a separate program from the Commuter Benefits administered by BRI. If you wish to contribute to this account for eligible parking and transportation costs, you must actively enroll in this benefit.
