New Hire Checklist

As a New Hire, you must enroll for benefits within 30 days of your hire date. After you enroll, your benefit coverage will retroactively begin on your date of hire.

The only time you can make changes to your elections is during Open Enrollment or if you have a Qualifying Life Event (QLE)

As a FLYR employee, you have the opportunity to enroll in a number of benefits designed to support you and your family. Most benefits must be elected, either as a new hire or during open enrollment, use the checklist below to understand the benefits and coverage you must elect.

Some benefits are automatically provided by FLYR for you upon your date of hire. These benefits include:

  • Company-paid life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability, business travel accident insurance

  • Mental health and wellness resources
